We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) within 7 days of your purchase. A full refund, minus the shipping cost (which is a minimum of £6) will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for getting the package back to us

Packaging must be returned intact and the unit’s box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Clothing must be folded and re-packed in original condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item.

At the first instant, please contact us to receive a your valid return number. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
